DiCE - Digital Channel Emulator
DiCE is a cost-effective digital satellite propagation dely emulator that can be expanded to also include physical layer channel modelling. It introduces the configured propagation delay in the RF channel, supporting up to 40 MHz bandwidth with multicarrier configuraiton of continous and burst (TDMA) channels.
TDMA Burst Channel Analysis and Monitoring (TBA)
Our TDMA burst channel analyser is a powerful tool for analysis of TDMA channels and wave form compliance with the DVB-RCS standard.The TDMA burst channel analyser analyses each step of the burst demodulation process:
- Modulation scheme
- Preamble pattern
- Symbol mapping
- Turbo decoding
Operational demodulators generally only demodulate bursts without the ability to determine why a burst is not succesfully demodulated. With the VeriSat TBA the wave form propoerties are validated at each step.
